Terry is an assest to the RAM community ! Upper management changed their quote "Final price/out the door" to the point of flustration. During one phone conversation I overheard him saying he was not making NO money on the truck! This is untrue due to the fact Chrysler pays the dealership a percent of Dealer invoice money for every vehicle sold. I realize the the dealership has to make a profit, But hearing NO money being made is not a comment made by a true professional. Salesperson, delivery personnel were excellent. I am looking for my copies of the sales paperwork to be sent in the mail from the finance office since this was an out of state sale. Considering I have purchased many new Dodge?Ram vehicles in the past, yes I would by from this dealership in the future. Thank you for reading this review. More
