the service staff there are very impersonal, neither of the ladies even looked up from the computer to address my presence. Asked to drop off my vehicle for an oil change, and (again, without even looking the ladies even looked up from the computer to address my presence. Asked to drop off my vehicle for an oil change, and (again, without even looking away from the computer) said to see the lady behind the window (the cashier). Service tech guy said it would be 2 and a half hours or so to get the oil changed, which I was fine with. They said they would give me a call when it was finished. Almost 3 hours later, I called to check on the car, and they said “oh, yeah its ready for pickup”. 2 out of the 3 times I have been to this service department, I have had to call to see if the vehicle was ready. Arrived to pick up my vehicle, cashier handed me my receipt without even saying a word or looking at me. I am not sure that the words “customer service” are in this departments vocabulary. A little customer service goes a long way, especially these days. More
