When arriving for a scheduled recall Kim was the only one in the front check in office. One entering the office no greeting as usual but that may have been bc she was on her cell. Kim told me “you’ll have to wait.” So I sat in the waiting room for 55mins finally walking back to the desk to ask if she remembered I was there which she stated she did not and what was I there for. After finally getting checked and the vehicle serviced which took less than 30mins. She did apologize when checking out. Customer service seems lost now a days. More
