In general I had a very good experience and highly recommend this dealership. Staff is friendly and attentive, and I was in and out with the car of my choice in about 4 hours. What I liked a lot was that the car was in a really good condition and for a reasonable price considering it's mileage. 1 star off for trying to use some little "used car salesman" tricks on me. You as a dealership don't need to do that. It does not reflect well on you. Also, they took car in for detailing before discharging me but I literally saw no difference in the cleanliness of the car before or after said "detailing" since I checked it thoroughly before. I left me wondering. Continue the good job that you are doing and ditch dirty tactics! More
