Excellent Service 5star rating I live within walking distance to 5 Star Nissan in Warner Robins,Ga but will NEVER have my vehicle serviced there due to their dishonest employees. I I live within walking distance to 5 Star Nissan in Warner Robins,Ga but will NEVER have my vehicle serviced there due to their dishonest employees. I drive 88 miles 1.5 hours to have my car serviced at Cronic Nissan Service Dept. The Service Advisors at Cronic Nissan are friendly, honest, knowledgable, and treat their customers like family.I always use the same service advisor(Marie Banks) she always keeps me inform of what my vehicle needs and provides quality customer service. Richard Gomez our sales agent was an awesome host, I had informed him of what my daughter would possibly like in a vehicle and I had also discussed the fact that I would like all the preliminary paperwork completed because I didn't have a lot of time. I must say that's exactly what happen, I've bought many cars but never have I had such an pleasant, well organized experience. The financial person, Annando Jones, was also outstanding because as soon as my daughter chose a car, the paperwork was ready in about 15 minutes if it took that long, I was impressed and thankful.
