Internet/used car sales Was interested in a vehicle I seen on the website, made an appointment on Saturday 23 Mar 19 to meet with Ernest Danson to view the vehicle. Since I Was interested in a vehicle I seen on the website, made an appointment on Saturday 23 Mar 19 to meet with Ernest Danson to view the vehicle. Since I live an hour and a half away, I verified the vehicle was still available before I made the trip and he said it was. I arrive at the dealership at our appointment time and Ernest is with another customer, a sales manager, didn't get his name, told me to go sit and he'd be with me shortly. After waiting for a while, I decided to go look at the car in question until I could talk to Ernest. I asked the same the sales managers where the car was located and he said " It's over there somewhere" pointing to the used car area. After walking the lot, I'm unable to find the car. I come back in and tell the sales manager I'm unable to find the car, and another person in the office says it want be back till Monday, someone had taken it for a test drive. So after driving an hour and a half, verifying that the car was there, I was basically lied to and wasted a day for nothing. Never heard of an all weekend test drive, but guess that's something you come up with on the fly. The personnel in the sales office were rude and when I asked to speak to the manager, he was of no help and really didn't even acknowledge that I was there, guess because I wouldn't be buying anything from them. This dealership showed it's true colors, customer service doesn't really matter, its all about the money. Will never visit them again! More

Wait was to long for just a oil change. Arrived around 11:30 and was told because it was lunch time and they were rotating in and out for lunch or would be 1 1/2 hour wait for just a oil cha Arrived around 11:30 and was told because it was lunch time and they were rotating in and out for lunch or would be 1 1/2 hour wait for just a oil change. I had another appointment after lunch so I couldn't wait and had to make another trip later. Upon my return later that afternoon, I was told it still would.be 45 minutes before they got to me. This is suppose to be a Express service, I'm sorry I dont feel this is acceptable. Not sure I will return. More
