The car is very nice however the situation with buying this vehicle I am NOT satisfied with. I specifically came in to the dealership to trade in my car. I was held in the dealership for over 5 hours sitt this vehicle I am NOT satisfied with. I specifically came in to the dealership to trade in my car. I was held in the dealership for over 5 hours sitting around just to still be handed my old car keys back. I was told that they called my loan company and that they would drop my car payments and I wouldn’t have to worry about trading the car in. I should’ve known it was a scam. I was desperate to get a new car and they took advantage of that. Now i got to deal with trying to get rid of my old car because the loan company is not willing to take the car without serious penalties. I wanted nothing but the trade the car in and have my payments still around the same price i was paying yet they lied to me and claimed my loan company told them a different story. I reached out to Jason Dean to see if I could still trade the car in or see any other options but got no response. I will definitely not recommend anybody to shop here and this is my very last business with them. More

failed to rotate tires on service before last, after over 5000 miles were driven between services. refused to charge last service to the service contract that I had purchased.
