I continually use this dealership hoping to get good quality Nissan service for my wife’s good quality Nissan vehicle, sadly I do not receive that service. I am a 25 year service technician myself and so I know what it’s like to cut corners, watch costs, inflate parts, push the customer on upgrades and so on and so in the past when Cronic has done these things I’ve just over looked it, but, crappy service is something different all together. Let me explain, I’ve noticed that when I take my wife’s car in for service I hardly ever get pushed for upgraded services but when she takes it in for service she gets hit up for everything from a cabin filter change to a coolant flush. This one time, the service advisor recommended a power steering flush and when she got home from the dealership I checked the fluid and it was low, shouldn’t they have topped it off wether it needed flushing or not?? Also, We had new tires installed last year and the first time it got cold outside the tpms came on stating that the pressures were low, when I checked them they were at 32psi and the tire calls for 65psi, that’s got to be good for tire wear right (sarcasm)?! Just before this last service my wife started complaining about an odor inside so I installed a new cabin air filter over the weekend along with vacuuming and a new air freshener, before I installed the filter I wrote the date on it with a black sharpie. The day of service came and my wife called me asking if we should pay $40 for Cronic to install a new cabin air filter because the one the service writer was showing her was filthy, I said what date is wrote on the filter? She said there is no date on the filter!! 😝 Looks like I need to trade her car in for a Ford! More

Some1 dented my car and no follow up behind it. No call from manager JD. Each time I bring my car in for service other than a simple oil change, I get a dent on my passenger side from the shop. There is something back there that is sharp enough to penetrate the paint on my car. I always check my car after service from Cronic Nissan because of this. I reported this to the General manager because the service manager voicemail was full. This happened in December 2022, and no one has cared enough to get back with me and it's almost February 2023. Not acceptable. Totally unprofessional. I ended up calling Nissan Corporation consumer services line for help. More
