The employees are always really nice and polite but I don’t think many of them tell the truth about what’s going on. I loved my Pathfinder as soon as I saw it on the lot but since I’ve had it I could car don’t think many of them tell the truth about what’s going on. I put on the sheet what I wanted done. When I went to pay they had chosen synthetic oil instead of Regular oil, which I believe my car was switched to a while back. When I ask the sales la When I went to pay they had chosen synthetic oil instead of Regular oil, which I believe my car was switched to a while back. When I ask the sales lady why she did that she stated "because that is what is required I don't care what you choose. It can mess up your engine if you go to Regular and back to synthetic " I said well I believe they changed it to Regular. My car is no longer under warranty and even if it was if I wanted to change the oil I can. My concern is if she read the paper according to her own words she totally ignored what I requested.
