They used to have competent service people. I purchased my 2017 Nissan Titan SV on April 6, 2018. It has a 60 month, 100000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. Took it in for service this morning f I purchased my 2017 Nissan Titan SV on April 6, 2018. It has a 60 month, 100000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. Took it in for service this morning for an oil change, buzzing front dash speakers, and a P2101 fault code. The service writer said the fault code is nothing to worry about, then charged me a $125 diagnostic fee to check the speakers. Replacement speakers and labor was quoted at almost $350. They should be under warranty. Also said my 2.5 year old tires were dry rotted. I paid the fees then called Nissan USA to start a claim ticket. I will wait for the regional rep to call me, but will not go back to Chronic. More

The employees are always really nice and polite but I don’t think many of them tell the truth about what’s going on. I loved my Pathfinder as soon as I saw it on the lot but since I’ve had it I could car don’t think many of them tell the truth about what’s going on.
