I like them because most of the other places I go to don't have certified car mechanics and do not know what they are talking about.Cronic has certified mechanics that know what they are talking about,d don't have certified car mechanics and do not know what they are talking about.Cronic has certified mechanics that know what they are talking about,diagnose your car problem and fix it the first time.Thats because they don't want you worrying day after day about your car problem.They can fix it.Cronic knows what they are talking about because these other car fix it places do things half assed.A lot of them are high school students who think they know automotive but they are not fully certified mechanics.Cronic people are certified.Cronic fixes it totally so you don't have to keep coming back day after day worrying if your car is going to have that same problem.I only take my car to one place over the span of almost 15 years.And that is Cronic Nissan.Yes I recommend them more than going to these little automotive pop up places to get your car worked on.I highly recommend them to anyone. I went in for a oil change and breaks and was turned around one the first day. Arrived @1:00 pm sign clearly say no appointment needed for oil change and breaks. It young lady would take my truck for bo around one the first day. Arrived @1:00 pm sign clearly say no appointment needed for oil change and breaks. It young lady would take my truck for both services. Left my truck for a oil change and was told to give it about 45 minutes came back truck had not been moved very back customer service. Return @7:30 two days later and was told I need a appointment. Left my truck again and it took 8hrs for a oil change and front brakes. Not acceptable this is my business vehicle for one. Won’t use this place again. More
