I made my appointment online to have my new tires put on an a front end alignment. When I got there they said I didn’t have an appointment but they would work me in. When I left the dealership my steering wheel was not straight at all and had to go back for them to realign it again. The girl at the service center said they had to find someone that could do it when I first got there so obviously who ever done it didn’t know what they were doing. They did give me a free oil change for the next time I come back if I come back. More

I am new to the area and needed a Nissan dealership for my car. I was welcomed with a smile and a helpful hand. The waiting area had hot and cold drinks for their customers as well as snacks.
