I do not have a sense of trust with this dealership. I paid for a cabin finger replacement only to find out it was never installed. Records PROVE my statement. The dealer put it back in last visit but NEVER have I verbally been told it was missing until this last service. I am ALWAYS told it needs to be replaced. Of course I know I’ve paid for a new one previously so how is it missing? The put one in I guess since I didn’t see it and have no idea where it is I will never know! Makes me distrust this shop! Also argued with me that she needed management approval to put in my car something I paid for previously. Suggested I return to work out with management! Nope, think not! More
