Very helpful and professional. The tech and service manager listened to my concern regarding the auto breaking system on my 2018 Nissan Rouge ( my auto break was engage without any The tech and service manager listened to my concern regarding the auto breaking system on my 2018 Nissan Rouge ( my auto break was engage without any obstacle or vehicle in front or near to it ). They tend to believe the sensor could have picked up a signal in the road that triggered it off or a bug hit the sensor. Since no warning light appeared on the dashboard panel. They cleaned the sensor and informed me if it happens again a diagnostic test will need to be. Performed at a cost of $105.00. Hopefully it will not happen again. I read an article stating that this problem is a concern on some Nissan rouge model trough out the United States and Nissan Corporation have failed to RECALL the Rougue Models. Hopefully they will step up to the plate and correct the problem. I’ll like to be kept informed of any and all procedures regarding the RECALL process. Again, great job on your customer service. More

Jason Preasley was the best detailed and honest salesperson ever. Transaction was quick and I was in and out in 2 hours. The finance guy was just as pleasant as the salesperson.
