I went for a standard oil change which should have been done in 30 minutes and was there for two hours. I had an appointment and arrived 20 minutes early with one vehicle in front of me. I saw several tech done in 30 minutes and was there for two hours. I had an appointment and arrived 20 minutes early with one vehicle in front of me. I saw several technicians, so I have no idea what took so long. They recommended ac and in-cabin filter changes, and that took about 10 minutes. Jessica did apologize and told me they changed the hood light because of a recall. However, everything they did should have been done within an hour at the most. They did not rotate my tires, and I wish every dealership had the same standards. Because of this, they did not inspect my brakes. When I asked, I was told I would have to pay for an inspection, and they recommended a brake fluid flush for $130…without inspecting my brakes. I will have the recommended services done, but not at that dealership. To be fair, everyone was very friendly including the technician. They do, however, need to work on their speed because a large part of good customer service is getting the customer in and out! More

I had to bring my car back after having an oil change because the tech failed to tighten bolts on the under carriage which caused loud rattle sounds. I have done business with Cronic for years, (buying several vehicles and having them serviced there). Recently, I decided to give a closer dealership a chance to earn my business. I had my oil changed several vehicles and having them serviced there). Recently, I decided to give a closer dealership a chance to earn my business. I had my oil changed at another dealership. Within weeks, the debris shield on the bottom of the car was hanging and flopping. I took it to Cronic and had it fixed quickly and competently. I’ve learned my lesson, I can trust Cronic to do it right the first time! More
