By far the worst car buying experience we have ever had. This dealership delivers empty promises, false advertisement, and hours of stress to what should be a wonderful experience. It took three trips just to get the right upgrades installed to the car after they tried scamming us into a cheaper set. Two trips for paperwork they couldn’t get right the first time. One trip to get the spare key we had to ask for 5-6 times. All while living 25 minutes from the dealership and never once did they offer to bring the car or keys. The cherry on top is it took us 59 days to get our title to get tags. Which we were instructed by Cronin to purchase new temp tags until they were able to retrieve our title from the previous owner, all of this not being our fault. Mark in financing is the only one who tried helping. Please save yourself the stress and find another dealership! More

Car seems okay but has several issues not noted but was warned about one by salesmen. Come back. Asking price is a bit too high based on what I have been looking at online for this specific model at other locales. So they ask what I’d pay. They state to write that up. 20mins later i get this piece of paper tat states; $2k more than my offer, with $2k down and $370/mo for 36months. That’s way off what I had started with so told them nope and would pay them what I originally offered. I leave the dealership with the doubt that they will agree to this. This is around 330p. I get a call on y way home stating they will sell to me for this amount, but didn’t include tax, title and fees. I tell salesmen I will let him know. He states he will stay late to get this deal done. Problem is, they closed at 6p and I have dinner plans with the lovely mrs. I text him at 750p telling him to ask his finance guy if he can run the loan the WPCU. I get a response 4mins later stating that he can do with a thumbs up. So, at this point I figured I’d be getting a call bright and early Monday asking when I can come in and sign the papers. Only the text I got was one from the salesmen letting me know the car was sold. Apparently, I was supposed to put a deposit down and they don’t consider a verbal agreement as proof of contract. I guess texts aren’t considered verbal agreements? But... wait... it gets better. I guess I’d be a little less argumentative if some normal citizen had come in at 8a on a Monday morning to buy this car. You’d be wrong, the salesmen text me letting me know that the FINANCE guy at Cronin bought the car out from under me for his kid... assuming it was the same he texted Saturday evening. The lack of ethics on how this all went down just flabbergasts me and every time I think about it makes me not trust dealerships even more. I really feel like my salesmen could have spoken up about this but all I got from them was corporate banter. They did tell me they have all the phone calls(and would guess I’m the texts) saved on their servers so I’d like to see all that. My wife asked me what I would do if they actually agreed to sell me the car after all this and I have to wonder if they would do something to the car right before I signed the paperwork. That’s how little I trust this dealership. Files a complaint with the BBB as well because this was simply wrong and it bothers me enough to log it all. More

My husband and I were looking for a low mileage, one-owner used Ram pickup. I looked at Cronin’s website and found 3 trucks we were interested in. Cory was fantastic.
