I sent a message to him telling him what I was looking for and the next day he sent me information on several cars to consider. The car was perfect and I bought it the next morning. The car was less than $5,000 but Tony acted like I was buying a $50,000 truck and I was the only customer he cared about. When I'm ready for another car I will certainly give Tony a call again. More

Very disappointed in Cronin-won't buy another car there Purchased a 2015 Buick Lacrosse in August (3rd vehicle purchased there), it was listed as Certified Pre Owned, so you would have thought it was gone o Purchased a 2015 Buick Lacrosse in August (3rd vehicle purchased there), it was listed as Certified Pre Owned, so you would have thought it was gone over completely. I paid asking price, didn't try to get them to come down on price at all, as I thought it was a fair price. I told them on the test drive I thought it needed rotors, was told no, it's just that it's been sitting for a while. After less than a week after I bought it, they agreed it did need rotors after all, which they did cover. Fast forward a couple months, and I noticed the car was leaking something, making numerous puddles in my driveway, and I found out the heated seats didn't work, even though the lights came on that they were working. Keep in mind, I bought this car in August, so I wasn't aware the seats didn't heat up, as it was 90+ degrees. I set up an appointment to get the oil changed, as well as the leak looked at, as well as the heated seats. They called me to let me know the oil change was done. I asked them about the leak, and they told me whoever changed the oil last didn't tighten the filter all the way. Well, being certified pre owned, I would think that would have been them that changed the oil, so they didn't tighten it all the way. I asked them about the heated seats, and the first thing they wanted to know was how I was going to pay for any thing that needed done. They wouldn't even start looking at it until it was made clear who was going to cover the cost. Clearly, it wasn't going to be them. As of writing this, the car is still leaking, going to take it to my regular mechanic. Cronin, in this instance, is clearly not backing the vehicle they sold me, which is very disappointing. What is the point in buying Certified Pre Owned? Heated seats don't work, so I guess I'll go ahead and pay for that too. Was actually getting ready to buy my wife a new car, but you can bet it won't be from Cronin! More
