I came to Cronin not sure if I was going to buy for sure. I was approached by Mr. Monroe. He was very professional yet very personable. He took the time to talk to me about me and my needs and then proceede I was approached by Mr. Monroe. He was very professional yet very personable. I told him I would. After the test drive we then talked trade in allowance and what kind of payment I was trying ti achieve. Again Mr. Monroe was very Professional yet personable. He understands a persons needs and cares enough to work with you. He was genuinely honest in his approach and dealings with me. As I said, we talked price/payment, and he took care of this for me with no haggles. I was very impressed with Michael and the staff I have meet so far. Overall our experience was decent. We came in on a Black Friday and they were somewhat busy, but we knew what we wanted and knew that it shouldn't take long to get our new vehicle. We were wrong we had to wait 3 hours to get all the paper work and keys to our new Ford Explorer. We were told multiple times it wouldn't be much longer. (They would say 5 more minutes, and then walk away and come back 30 mins. later to tell us 5 more minutes. It was very frustrating to have to wait so long especially when there was no negotiations process since we paid the internet price they were asking. We have excellent credit and there were no problems with financing. We felt the professionalism of the dealership lacked when compared to other Ford dealerships we have work with in the past. They were not very apologetic about how long it took and offered no real solutions--which was disappointing. Julie was nice and there was no pressure to buy but then again she didn't have to do much since we knew exactly what we wanted. If you like SLOW service then this is your dealership. More
