A few things stood out to me in my experience. First, I changed my mind about 10 times on the car that I wanted to purchase. Not one time did Mike (salesperson) or others at the dealership make me feel like I had wasted or abused their time in the process of finding the car I wanted. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with me. Second, the finance department presented me several different options for financing that were all good options, but it allowed me to really understand the purchase from different financial vantage points, and to make the best decision for me. Lastly, it was a well coordinated experience. I know in my business getting Sales to work effectively with the Operations of the business is difficult, and at Cronin Ford it felt and operated like one team. The overall coordinated experience ensured that no detail was missed, and that from first contact to contract it was enjoyable for me to purchase my new Explorer. I love the car. I will be back. I have always hated visiting car lots. In the past I have always hated visiting car lots. In the past salesmen would dog you and try to talk you into a sale that you didn't want. I returned to Cronin Ford because I never fealt that pressure. I was able to walk the lot by myself without being led around. Corey introduced himself and gave me my space. When I had decided I informed him that my wife didn't think that she needed a new car and that I would return after I followed her to her place of employeement and took her car with the title which I couldn't sign due to it being in her name only and made the deal. The whole process was very laid back and all of the accociates at Cronin Ford were very knowledgeable and helpful. Wife was surprised with a new car and we returned later in the day to sign over the trade in. Cronin has a great team and I will be back to buy my daughters car there also. More

I called and spoke with MIke and when I learned there was one of each, decided it might be worht it to make the trip "way across town" . I fond Mike to be very professional and easy to work with. Once I made my decision, it was an easy process and no hard sell. He was aware that I knew what I was looking for and he didn't try to steer me to somethng else. It was a pretty painless processes. I spoke to Michael Monroe when I called he had to go locate escape and he call me back in couple minutes. Unlike all the other dealership we had been working it Michael Monroe did call back with the status of the escape. So we went to look at it and Yes we finally bought the Escape we had been searching for. Thanks to Michael Monroe and all the other sales associates what work there.
