It finally became time for me to get my truck I always wanted after driving a budget friendly car for the last 5 years. While I am partial to the Ford brand, I was determined to get the best deal out the wanted after driving a budget friendly car for the last 5 years. Over the course of about a month I went to several dealerships in the area, 3 Ford, 2 Chevy, 1 Toyota, and 1 Nissian and therefore I met with several sales/finance personal at each dealership. I can tell you on a scale from 1 to 10 Cronin Ford is a 50!!! It was such a refreshinig feeling finally dealing with a dealership that actually seemed to care about there customers and is willing to do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. In comparison one of the dealerships i went to ignored my wife while we were on the lot, another salesman at a dealership basically told me the he only makes $100 for selling a new car so it really doesn't matter that much if he makes a deal or not and one sales person continued to show me trucks he wanted to sell me instead of listening to what I wanted and sell me a truck that fit my needs. So after making all of the rounds to all of the truck manufactures I finally found/decided on the truck I wanted and it was at Cronin Ford. I called my sales person, Mr Tony Villani, up and told him I would be there later tonight to buy the truck provided we can get the deal done. The car buying process is a very long process but the Tony and the people at Cronin made it very enjoyable. Before I even got there he had the truck pulled up and ready to go for the test drive. My wife and kids stopped in while the deal was being completed and Tony made them all feel comfortable through the process. The total experience at Cronin was simply Amazing from start to finish and my family and I could not be any happier with our decision to buy from Cronin Ford. Cronin Ford will be the only place I go from here on out to buy my Ford vehicles and I would like to thank everyone at Cronin Ford for making this the best possible car buying experience. More

My husband and I's experience at Cronin Ford and Kia was fantastic. We live out of state and found a great car online, and called them to see if they still had it. When we first got there they made a serious impression, they had the car parked out front of the building and cleaned. We test drove it and asked if they could look at something before we made our final decision. The mechanics came out and checked out the car promptly. The dealership supplied my husband and I with a free lunch while the car was getting serviced. After we came back from lunch we signed the papers, they cleaned the car AGAIN and filled up the gas tank. We got a call a couple of days later saying that the next time we are in the area they would gladly fill up the gas tank again. Tony and the whole team at Cronin were beyond the best dealership to work with. They have quality cars that are priced right, and they have the knowledge to help you find the right car in your price range. What a great experience, Adam Bell was a unbelievable salesman. He knew every question I asked about the F150 from horsepower to towing capabilities. This was very important to me since I was trading in a diesel Superduty truck. Also this shocked me, a few days after the sale I dropped off the title to my trade in. I was driving my work truck which was a ranger. I left and a few hours later Adam called me and said he noticed me driving a Ranger. He asked if it was titled in my name and I said yes. He replied congratulations you just qualified for another $1500. I know he DIDN'T have to do that. He probably could applied it to the deal for more commission. BUT HE DIDN'T. Mr. Cronin has a heck of a staff and Adam went above and beyond to take care of his customers. I will be a customer of Cronin Ford for a long time b/c I know they are honest and they know how to take care of their customers. Last Friday March 15,2013 my favorite car a 2008 Ford Edge limited AWD had the oil pan punctured by road debris and the engine was unfortunately ruined as I pulled off the expressway. Saturday morning March 16 ,2013 I searched autotrader and found a 2013 AWD Ford Edge limited at Cronin Ford outside of Cincinnati, Ohio. I live in Ann Arbor, MI and there were no similiar vehicles in the Detroit area. I called up Cronin Ford and spoke with Justin Love. He said he would get the car ready for me to test drive and even said he would stay open until I arrived. I drove to Columbus, Ohio picked up my nephew who drove me to Harrison, Ohio. We arrived a little before closing time and the car was ready to test as promised. After a test drive this car was even better than I had hoped for. The price was more than fair and Justin treated us great. Incredibly , a short time later,I drove home that same day with the new Edge. The car is wonderful, Jason and the other staff explained in detail financing options and the features of the vehicle even though they were working past closing hours.They were the best I have dealt with in a long time and I would give this dealership a five star plus rating.
