My husband and I went to another dealer first, we went inside, looked at the cars on the floor, got in them etc., we were there for quite some time and no one ever spoke to us. Their loss! We left and went to Cronin where we immediately met Joe Skidmore, he was extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable..... He helped us narrow our choices down to three options, we test drove them, tried out the back seats, tried out the special features and eventually chose the 2013 Ford Explorer with all of the extras. He never pressured us and gave us plenty of time alone to look over all of the vehicles and try them out. It was a very pleasant experience! Even when we went on to deal with Nick Skidmore in finance, he made the process pretty painless! We even got the extended 10 year warranty since we plan on having this Explorer for a very long time! We are VERY happy with our purchase and the service we received at Cronin Ford! PS My Dad buys all of his cars there too! More

I stopped by a few weeks ago just to talk to them. I was actually leaning towards buying an Altima, however, based off of the conversation with Mike, I went back a week later. We had driven by the dealership a couple of times before,until around Christmas we stopped by to see what the lot had to offer. We did find a truck that we really liked. Used the Cronin website to review information and get in contact with customer service. Emails were returned in timely fashion with our questions. We then decided to go with our trade-in to talk over the numbers and test drive. Even though our salesperson was not there when we arrived, we were greeted and they knew who we were and allowed us to test drive the truck while our salesman arrived. The dealership employees worked as a team and I thought that was quite unusual in most dealerships that I have worked with in the past. We did decide on a deal and Nick (finance person) answered all our questions and was very friendly to us. Then before we left our salesperson showed us all the gadgets and gizmos on the truck and made us feel comfortable with it before we drove it off the lot. I would definetly recommend this dealer to family and friends in future. More
