Worked with salesman, Mike Monroe, to trade in a vehicle for a new Kia Sorento. Although he was busy, he set us up right away to test-drive two different vehicles with no pressure at all. They were both very professional, experienced, laid-back, friendly, and honest. we worked with Tony to finalize the paperwork and he was very efficient! By the time we were done, our new Kia was all clean and ready to go. Mike was the best car salesman I've ever met. Without us asking any questions, he made sure we understood exactly how the car and all of the features worked. I don't think he would have let us leave even if we had declined his offer. He took time to set up our bluetooth and other things we honestly probably never would have used otherwise. I am SO happy he took the time to do that. Couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience. There is nothing like spending less than 5 hours for that whole process (including the trade-in) and driving home in a car I absolutely love. WILL be using them again for sure. More

Being from Kentucky and 103 miles away from Cronin Ford, I found a truck online Cronin Ford had and called Ed Monhollen for info and trade in info. Ed was able to give me exactly what I wanted for my trade in, and I made the 2 hour trip to Cronin on Friday, May 4th 2012 to purchace the 2010 Ford f150 FX2 Crew Cab truck I wanted. The process was so easy and the entire staff I had contact with were all very friendly and welcomed me. The truck was clean and Ed assisted me with setup of SYNC with my iphone. After a walk around of the truck, I noticed a wheel was scuffed really bad from curb rash. Ed talked with sales Manager and they called in a guy to repair wheel. Wheel guy arrived within 30 min and completed my wheel repair in 45 min, making wheel look new again. That was amazing to me!! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting, hassle free car/truck buying experience with friendly staff & excellent customer care. I will certainly hold on to Ed Monhollen's business card for future car/truck buying and will recommend him to anyone I talk with about cars.
