It's not very often I buy a new car, maybe every 4 or 5 years, and I can't remember a time when I bought a car where EVERY PART of the purchase was a very good experience. Well Mike... Jim... and Nick did just that, made every part awesome. Mike has got to be the best in dealing with people, even though he is a salesman I didn't feel like he was selling me. Jim helped to make the deal happen very quickly, without a bunch of back n forth crap like most dealers do. Nick was able to get me a rate on my loan that was better than my own bank! I have been shopping online for a vehicle for quite sometime. The reason I prefer online is due to a few bad experiences I have had going in to various dealerships. He had a very relaxed approach which made me feel comfortable. We set up a time and I went to Cronin. It went perfect! I couldn't say anything negative about the time I walked into the door until left with my new car. Joe worked very hard to make everything just right. His demeanour and friendliness were mych appreciated. I am a single female and have been nervous about this experience for quite sometime, fearing I may get ripped off.
