Cronin Ford Kia

I originally thought this sales team seemed knowledgable and spot on. I was severely mistaken. After driving three hours to purchase a vehicle (2011 Kia Sorento EX) that was listed on their internet invento and spot on. I was severely mistaken. After driving three hours to purchase a vehicle (2011 Kia Sorento EX) that was listed on their internet inventory and confirmed by TWO sales employees via phone, I arrive to their dealership to learn that I was victim to a misfortune that happens "several times a year." Apparently Their marketing team is not on location and makes errors of advertising vehicles and vehicle features that are non-existant. Since I was pre-approved, had driven myself and my family three hours to their dealership, I decided to purchase a brand new 2012 Kia Sorento instead. They offered me $500 less on my trade in then what other Kia dealerships had, but I went with it as I had just wasted three hours driving up there. Their tax and titling office/sales floor communication, or lack there of, misinformed us on out taxing costs that we typically should have been exempt from as an active duty military family. In talking with sales floor, sales managers and even store managers all we have received is a big OH WELL THATS MISFORTUNATE. What a horrible way to treat customers, beginning to end. Do not waste your time with this dealership. More

Cronin Ford is run by a bunch of idiots that just rip you off then leave you high and dry after the sale. It's not very often I buy a new car, maybe every 4 or 5 years, and I can't remember a time when I bought a car where EVERY PART of the purchase was a very good experience. Well Mike... Jim... and Nick did just that, made every part awesome. Mike has got to be the best in dealing with people, even though he is a salesman I didn't feel like he was selling me. Jim helped to make the deal happen very quickly, without a bunch of back n forth crap like most dealers do. Nick was able to get me a rate on my loan that was better than my own bank! In the past year I have purchased 5 vehicles from Cronin Kia. Even though the circumstances for all the vehicles were heart breaking Mike and Nick made us feel so comfortable. I hate the process of buying a new car but with these two guys I felt as ease. They understood my problems and did not push me into anything I could not afford. One of the vehicles were for my 17yr son. even though we were buying the car for him these guys included him in the conversation so he could understand what it takes to buy a car. Nick also went out of his way to make phone calls to lean holders to get paperwork straightened out. I would highly recommend this dealer to any of my friends. Mike was also the first salesman to give us a tour and introduce us to the different departments so we were familiar with them when we need them. More

Just bought a 2011 Ford Explorer from Cronin Ford. My salesperson was David Franks. He was very honest and friedly. They did not have an Explorer so we special order one.
