Payton in the service department is exceptional at her job!!! Her customer service and problem solving exceeded my expectations. I have had multiple disappointing experiences at another dealership with se job!!! Her customer service and problem solving exceeded my expectations. I have had multiple disappointing experiences at another dealership with servicing as required and addressing/repairing a brake issue from the time I drove it off the lot!! I had lost faith and trust in that dealership too do anything after catching them in lies on 3 different occasions!!! Upon first meeting Payton , I instantly knew she was honest and caring. You know when you sense that feeling, like now I know every thing is going to be alright. She really listened and wants to do her job the right way. Very sweet, respectful, and knowledgeable!! CroninFord is very fortunate to have Payton on their team . Please recognize her all around expertise at what she does!! A person like her is very rare in this world we live in today ! You have a rare gem , please treat her as one! More
My wife and I have been VERY happy with our new Bronco and repair for the 19 Ranger. Robert,Devon and another nice manager I'm embarrassed to remember were super. These people are nothing more than simple xxxxx and thieves .. Paid $45k cash foe a beautiful Ford F150. .then I dented the tailgate and came in and talked to the finance Mgr Bob R who told me it woul thieves .. Paid $45k cash foe a beautiful Ford F150. .then I dented the tailgate and came in and talked to the finance Mgr Bob R who told me it would cost me $5k to replace ...I took the tailgate off in 5 mins max myself and found d tailgates on internet for less than $800 ... So I was shopping around to trade my truck and saw one I liked at another dealer .. Was literally ...pen in hand ready to sign paperwork when salesman came and told me the deal was squashed due to the fact my F150 had been involved in a total loss wreck in Ontario , Canada that I had no knowledge of ....I immediately took my $45 k truck I had purchased 6 months prior back to Cronin a d they were tripping over themselves to satisfy me .. Their idea of satisfaction was to tell me ...Bob R (finance mgr) quote "....we don't have any F150s in stock at that dollar amount we can put you in right now ...buy let me get you in another less value F150 right now and we will get you taken care of within 3 months ..." ..the truck he put me in was priced at ' $23k ...I agreed because I was mistakenly under the impression that these were good ..honest people ....... BOY ..WAS I BAMBOOZELED!!! NEEDLESS TO SAY ..CRONON FORD NEVER KEPT THEIR WORD ..EVEN AFTER I EMAILED THE OWNER NUMEROUS TIMES ..SND FILED COMPLAINT WITH ATTY GENERAL YOST OFFICE ... MORAL OF THE STORY ..NEVER DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE ... THEY TOOK ..BUYER BEWARE TO NEW LEVELS .... DISHONEST ...RENIG .... SHARE THIS WITH 10 PEOPLE ..WHO WILL SHARE WITH 10 PEOPLE ..AND SO ON... More
I was looking on website at a vehicle they had (2019 Lincoln MKC). I did not contact anyone I was just looking. I started to get email from a Katrina Whitmore. After about the 3rd email and 7 phone call Lincoln MKC). I did not contact anyone I was just looking. I started to get email from a Katrina Whitmore. After about the 3rd email and 7 phone calls to come in and text drive a car I sent her an email stating i am not allowed to drive that far due to a blood clot in leg. Dr. said no. Since that car was sold. She has sent a total of 4 emails and 11 phone calls to come in for a test drive. I do not know why she can not understand when you tell her NO that you are not going to come in. At the time I looked at the vehicle I had not found out about the blood clot. So telling her and not contacting someone at that dealership I found it funny that she kept this up. I have now blocked the calls and emails which the calls show up on the phone but only ring one time and I do not have to deal with her on that. The emails I have also blocked and I am tired of this being the pushiest dealership I ever saw to get a sale. Sad. More

My experience is on service, this does not apply to sales. I have had regular services done here as in a oil change with no complaints. I just had a recall done as well with no complaints, but I had a sales. I have had regular services done here as in a oil change with no complaints. I just had a recall done as well with no complaints, but I had a issue with my f150 engine making some rattling noise and a popping noise during acceleration and letting off the gas. The 1st appointment they test drove truck and heard what I was hearing and then had me drive the truck with a mechanic and he mentioned that he believed it was cam phasers going out, they then had there master mechanic drive the truck and he couldn't make it duplicate for him. They reset the pcm and told me to drive it and when my recall parts come in they would revisit it. Now in between appointments they truck still does what it has been doing, fast forward 2 weeks and they do the recall and tell me they couldn't get it to duplicate what they heard the first time having the truck. They give me my truck back and I drive not even a half a mile down the road and it's acting up still. I'm not sure if they just didn't want to fix it, or just not qualified to diagnose it and fix it. I definitely will not be returning here and I will not recommend anyone here for service work. More
Found the car online. Dealer responded quickly and were great about dealing on the phone before meeting. I showed up 15 minutes before closing on a Saturday, and I was able to test drive and complete the deal. Some were willing to stay late. It was a great experience. More
