Chelsie Wilcox is the salesperson who assisted me with identifying the perfect vehicle for me. She was very knowledgeable about all of the features that this vehicle has. Chelsie also took the time to show me around the facility and introduced me to the service manger for feature services I may have. In finance Brad Bruchette was easy to work with, he did not pressure me into buying something I didn’t need and he explained my finance in a manner that was understandable. Terrill Helton ensured that the buying process ran smoothly. He was there to answer any additional questions. Overall the sales team at Cronin Ford gets 5 stars in my book. Bought a 2016 BMW X5 here last year, Paid $4000 for a 24 month bumper to bumper warranty only to find out the financial manager had selected "wrap" on the final paperwork. Brought it to his attention and he month bumper to bumper warranty only to find out the financial manager had selected "wrap" on the final paperwork. Brought it to his attention and he said he handled it. Fast forward to 2022, and the financial manager never resubmitted the warranty paperwork. The dealership acknowledges his mistakes but are completely unwilling to fix their former employees mistake. They even tried to get me to purchase a 12 month powertrain warranty from them for $1500 even though I already paid for the bumper to bumper warranty in full....BEWARE and make sure you triple check your paperwork cause these guys are crooks!!! ***update...the management staff at Cronin ford didn't even respond to the bbb claim I filed, and have so far ignored my demand for arbitration. Never in my life have I experienced such disregard for a customer. I'm assuming since they changed the name from Middletown ford to Cronin ford that the bad press wouldn't follow them.... More
