Great as usual I enjoy the quickness in which the service reps gets you logged in and begins your service. The time waiting is reasonable. Mark had excellent communication before, during, and after using multi modes of communication which is helpful given the speed of life these days. I hope the new Toyota Dealership will do well in the future. I was not happy with the previous dealer's practices in the services/maintenance dept. TIP: Let your customers know that their free/complimentary service package/agreement (i.e. Oil Change) has ended before doing work on vehicles and then charging the customer. More
