I have always taken my Jeep and van to Cross. I know I can trust them to be honest, concerned, and skilled. Tyler always is attentive to what I need and makes sure it gets done. I needed several things done and didn’t give him much time before I was to go-road. He got it done and made me aware of damage to my vehicle which would have made my trip much less enjoyable. I also had Armorlite flooring put in my Jeep which required the carpet to be taken out. I had lost a money envelope with $200 and couldn’t find it. The technician (Anthony Forrest) who found the money returned it as well as a credit card and a key. I wasn’t at all surprised but this makes me even more aware that I have picked the best place to have my vehicles serviced! More

Salesman was great,. .general manager was somewhat helpful ( however didn’t know jk vs JL doors— bolts) Bought the jeep,.. drove it home and car play doesn’t work Now I .general manager was somewhat helpful ( however didn’t know jk vs JL doors— bolts) Bought the jeep,.. drove it home and car play doesn’t work Now I have a corrosion claim on it,…. They didn’t tell me that the was bubbling on the hood Now working with my local dealership to get the CarPlay issue resolve, file the corrosion claim and …. Fix the start/stop function ( so much for it passing inspection) More
