Nakiya was amazing to deal with on my 2025 Jeep purchase. He really went above and beyond. He even drove us around on the test drive, because we wanted to hear the road noise and was not sure of the area. Ve He really went above and beyond. I have always taken my Jeep and van to Cross. I know I can trust them to be honest, concerned, and skilled. Tyler always is attentive to what I need and makes sure it gets done. I needed several things done and didn’t give him much time before I was to go-road. He got it done and made me aware of damage to my vehicle which would have made my trip much less enjoyable. I also had Armorlite flooring put in my Jeep which required the carpet to be taken out. I had lost a money envelope with $200 and couldn’t find it. The technician (Anthony Forrest) who found the money returned it as well as a credit card and a key. I wasn’t at all surprised but this makes me even more aware that I have picked the best place to have my vehicles serviced! More
