Took my 2004 jeep Grand Cherokee in to cross for a recall and while I was there they were very nice and everything seemed to go well. One of the recalls was for a trailer hitch to be installed and without te and while I was there they were very nice and everything seemed to go well. One of the recalls was for a trailer hitch to be installed and without telling me why or why not they "decided" it didn't need one. I found out later on the internet this recall was to protect the stupidly designed rear mounted gas tank from a rear end crash because these jeeps are prone to fires and there have been over 50 recorded deaths. Does jeep really not care about the lives of their customers??? On top of this I drive with a front facing dash cam and while it was being worked on one of the mechanics noticed it and unplugged it. What were they doing that they didn't want me to see??? Over all I think they're a bunch of criminals and this kind of FRAUD should not be tolerated! More

I worked my deal out 100 percent on the phone the next day I drove two hours to the dealership. When I got there with my trade it was just as we had discussed. David Figg helped me replace my Jeep Renegade with a new one after my first was totaled in an accident. While I am sad to see that first car go, he did a good job of making sure I found the Jeep I wanted, one after my first was totaled in an accident.
