Kelsi in service is amazing! We were on a trip out of state. Our Jeep started having some issues with the fan. We found out that there was a recall, (we had not yet been notified We were on a trip out of state. Our Jeep started having some issues with the fan. We found out that there was a recall, (we had not yet been notified about it until we called Jeep) and there was no way that we would be able to make it back home. We went to two Jeep dealers in the area to be turned away and told they couldn't help. We came to Cross and Kelsi scanned the VIN went to check to make sure they part needed was there. She got on the schedule and made sure that we were taken care of. On top of that she also gave us a courtesy car until ours was repaired. When we can back she made sure that we had her number in case we had any issues before leaving. Kelsi went over and above to give us quality service and care. We decided when we purchase our next Jeep that we will be driving back here to purchase because of the AMAZING customer service and care that we were provided. Thank you! More
