Shawn went above and beyond in looking for the right car and the right deal that fit right in line with our budget. He clearly put a great deal of time in finding out what our needs are and how he and Cross Chrysler Jeep Fiat could meet our family's needs. Now, we have a family car (from this decade, no less!) that we can afford, rely on, and be proud of. On top of that, we never once felt like Shawn was taking advantage of us or pushing forward some sort of internal quota of the dealership's. Our only complaint is that we got so much time with Shawn that we didn't feel like we got enough time with Todd to review our financial documents -- that was the only part of our day that felt rushed (although the show room was pretty full so we can understand why they might not have been able to give us as much time as we would have liked).
