BEST dealership hands down!! I have purchased many vehicles from various dealerships across the state of Kentucky. I have NEVER had such a pleasantly wonderful experience as I did I have purchased many vehicles from various dealerships across the state of Kentucky. I have NEVER had such a pleasantly wonderful experience as I did yesterday with Cross!! I drove over 2.5 hours with two 4 year old children to purchase my Jeep. Austin and all of the other sales people there were so accommodating to my boys and I. He even charged my cell phone for me because it died on the way there. They helped entertain my boys while I finished the paperwork, even so much as playing football and hide-and-seek with them. My boys had such a great time, they didn't want to leave. As a woman, going to purchase a vehicle on my own can be stressful. Austin and the Cross crew really helped ease that stress for me. You CANNOT find many of these dealerships out there anymore. THANK YOU for such a wonderful experience!! More

Great experience I drove from Lexington in the evening to test drive a couple Jeep Wranglers. I did not know that Cross was having their Christmas party that night and I drove from Lexington in the evening to test drive a couple Jeep Wranglers. I did not know that Cross was having their Christmas party that night and closing early. They still let me test drive two Jeeps and I made a decision quickly on which one I wanted. A few of the guys stayed late to close the deal, which I really appreciated. I love the Jeep so far. Cross had a better selection than any other Jeep dealer in Kentucky. More
