Super patient, but moving with a purpose... wasnt there more than a few hours for both. Always recommend cross if you want a good deal at a fair price. Also put new tires and a new windshield on the jeep and didnt jack the price up for it. Awesome dealership. More

Poor Service I had a previous recall done at this service center and had no problems. I started having problems with my van about a week later so I scheduled an ap I had a previous recall done at this service center and had no problems. I started having problems with my van about a week later so I scheduled an appointment to have them run a $100 test to try and find the problem. I dropped my van off, at the scheduled 9:00 am, appointment. I was going to wait but was asked if I wanted a ride home because it could take several hours to run the test. I waited until around 4-5 PM to start calling to see if my van was finished. When I was finally able to get through to the service center, I was informed my van would not be ready until tomorrow because they were backed up. Needless to say, I was not happy since I had appointments the next day. I was told I could call a ride service and they would pay for it. I asked why I wasn't called and told it wouldn't be ready. Now, this wasn't for a repair just the test. I was told if I had picked my van up and rescheduled it would just put me further behind in the schedule. I don't understand, why make an appointment if it doesn't mean anything. At the very least, tell the customer, they may not have their vehicle back fro a couple of days. It was toward the end of the second day, I finally received a call that the tests were complete. When i had my recall done prior to the testing date, I was told that my battery read a low charge and I needed new brake pads. I had another mechanic do the brakes and I bought a new battery. These items were on the list for the repairs needed. When i asked about it, I was told they weren't tested because they were on the list of needed repairs from the week before. I also had a ding on the rear of he van that was not there before. Just a bad experience all around. More

The service center is great, I have had 2 oil changes and tire rotations since purchasing my car and I have been satisfied both times. More
