Disappointed I was disappointed do to the fact that when I purchased the vehicle I was told as I was signing the documents that the first oil change was on the hou I was disappointed do to the fact that when I purchased the vehicle I was told as I was signing the documents that the first oil change was on the house. However after service was completed I was told that there was only a $50 credit. That was not what I was told initially when I had made the purchase. So that has left me with a bad tast in my mouth. Prepare to wait As is apparently customary for dealership service department today, an appointment was necessary for an oil change. I can deal with that. Problem is, even with an appointment, it took over an hour for just a simple oil change--an $75+ dollar oil change, with coupon. And then dealerships wonder why they get a bad reputation. More
