Online shopping turned into buying I was online shopping one day looking at Jeep Grand Cherokees and dreaming of getting a new one. Honestly I wasn't looking to actually purchase the vehicle, I thought I would just get some information on it and that would be it. However, my husband and I made an appointment to go test drive it and talk some numbers and we ended up buying the vehicle. I would have like to have gotten a little more for my trade but it all worked out in the end and now I am the proud owner of a 2016 Grand Cherokee. More

I called to see if it was still available and to ask some specific questions. They did a great job of answering my questions in detail and so I set up an appointment to take a look. When I arrived, I was met quickly and shown the Jeep. It met my expectations and we were able to reach a fair price for it. Because I was from out of town, they agreed to deliver it to me the following day. The delivery was right on time and everything about working with Cross was great. Trouble with Uconnect pairing of phone I purchased a pre-owned 2016 Jeep Wrangler 2 weeks ago and included an extended warranty. The day after I purchased it, I went to pair my phone with I purchased a pre-owned 2016 Jeep Wrangler 2 weeks ago and included an extended warranty. The day after I purchased it, I went to pair my phone with Uconnect and immediately realized something was not right. Uconnect would not respond as if it was hearing any of my commands. I drove back to the dealership where Chase checked things out and then put me in touch with Kevin Turner in Service. Kevin scheduled an appointment with me. A few days later I came back to drop my Jeep off so Kevin and his team could diagnose the issue. Kevin provided a courtesy vehicle (Jeep Cherokee) and went over all the features and explained Auto Start, etc so I would be comfortable driving the courtesy vehicle. 3 days later he called and said things were ready and good to go. They ended up replacing the mic and since then I have no issues with pairing or using voice commands. 3 days initially seemed excessive but I believe it took a full day to get the replacement mic in. But that was fine with me since I had a courtesy vehicle to drive. Chase and Kevin are always professional too. More
