After we placed the order, he contacted me on several occasions to keep me informed as to the progress of the build. When we picked up the jeep yesterday, you could tell he was excited for us. Picked me up a nice 2016 Wrangler! I've been looking at trading in my truck for a Jeep for a little while now. However, I didn't know much about Jeeps. I met Chase when I showed up and he was really patient with me. I asked a lot of newbie Jeep questions and he was willing to explain everything and demonstrate a lot of the features I asked about. We took a few used Wranglers for a test drive before I settled in on the one I wanted. Chase and Jon worked with me on my trade-in. I originally made the trip to learn and test-drive but ended up picking up a nice 2016 model. I didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable at all throughout the buying process. It was a learning experience and everyone was very helpful. I signed all of the paperwork with Matt and he was really good about explaining financing options and extended warranties. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Coincidentally, the truck I was trading in I purchased from Cross back in 2012 and I didn't hesitate to come visit these guys again. More

This is one of the better dealerships I've been to. Hunter was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly and very patient. He seemed happy to get me in the Jeep i wanted. Thankfully no melodrama. Wasn't the happiest about the price for my trade but it was at least fair, unlike some other dealers I visited. Other issue i had was no one seemed to know about the Jeep rewards credit card. So if your looking to use points from one you might want to call ahead and make sure they can do it. Also noticed a small chip in the windshield after i left. Went back to the dealer the next day and they immediately had there glass repair specialist contact me to set up repair. More
