Great selection, My experience was..ok. The staff at first left something to be desired. On walking in, I was not "greeted" by the staff, instead only after a few mins My experience was..ok. The staff at first left something to be desired. On walking in, I was not "greeted" by the staff, instead only after a few mins of my puzzled brown face walking around their showroom was I asked "Can I help you with anything?" Just then another patron came in only to receive: "Welcome to Cross, how may we help you?" Was this a matter of race? I don't know but it set the tone of the remainder of the experance. James H. however did treat me with respect and fairness, and thus my received my sale. More
