Wanted to scale Down from 2500 The had the Years and Model Used Rams I was looking for. 2015-2016 Outdoorsmans. Sales was great with Chris and James. Doing the Paperwork with Todd w The had the Years and Model Used Rams I was looking for. 2015-2016 Outdoorsmans. Sales was great with Chris and James. Doing the Paperwork with Todd was a breeze( But really pushed te warranty ;) ...which I did not take. Only real issue I had was the lack of attention to detail on reconditioning. Engine Air filter was filthy and meed to be changed. Truck had 35k on it and it was the original filter I’m guessing. They did change the oil though. Lastly the underside of the truck and frame really was filthy from stone dust and dirt road grime.Their shop could have spent 1hrs blasting it out...(which I did in my driveway when I got home). It’s the details that make the difference. New tires were on the Truck. Overall not a bad experience but the effort put into Recon could be just a bit better on cleaning the outside of the truck to make it stand out for sales. More
