We saw their ad, discussed it, offered my trade, and without the normal hours of anxiety, we reached a deal. The biggest window into their customer service, was when I went to take delivery. We left Cincinnati driving to Louisville at the end of our work day. Leaving at 5pm anywhere has its own issues, but GPS said we would be there by 7pm. Less than 30 minutes into the drive, we hit stop traffic on 71 south, which turned out to be a accident 12 miles ahead. We sat for 20 minutes, inching forward. Jerod was cool as they get, he told me not to worry, they were open until 8. We finally found a place to turn around, took another direction, GPS says approximately 8:15. Jerod laughs, says he knows we're coming they will be there. We finally pull in at 8:09, Jerod and Jordan come running out and give us a round of applause! What a greeting! On top of this, the whole staff that it takes to transfer a new vehicle also stayed, and we didn't drive off the lot until 9pm, completely impressed with the caring thoughtful service that we received. Do you self a favor, don't go far, this group is right here, and they are first rate in all regards! More
