Comfortable and Professional Experience My family and I had the unexpected task of finding a good, used second vehicle due to a total loss on our previous second vehicle. I first went to a d My family and I had the unexpected task of finding a good, used second vehicle due to a total loss on our previous second vehicle. I first went to a dealer specializing in the brand of vehicle I prefer, and felt they were being too pushy and also had unfavorable lending options (this was a major local chain of dealers). I knew nothing of Cross Motors other than they had a couple pre-owned versions of the car I was looking for. So I said goodbye to the dealer I was certain could help me out. And I am so glad I did!! I went to Cross Motors and met Roy Twyman, who is a consummate professional and treats you like one of the family. He did everything possible to ensure that we were accommodated and that we would drive away happy. Additionally, the business manager, Todd, was not only friendly but also able to lock in a local lender for me at a great rate! (Of course this would be dependent on creditworthiness, but even the previous dealer I visited could not secure this kind of loan for me). If you are in the market for a Jeep or Chrysler it's a no-brainer - 1) go to Cross 2) ask for Roy.
