Best car buying experience I ever had. When looking for a vehicle I like to take my time, do my research, and look around without the hassle of a pushy salesman. Roy Twyman was awesome. I had been wanting to get a Rubicon f I had a great experience working with " Cross " and with Roy Twyman when getting our 2012 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. I had been wanting to get a Rubicon for over a year and I finally was going to be able to get one. Cross was highly recommended by my boss as will as Roy. I had seen the one I wanted and they made it happen. Roy is the best car salesman that you could ever wish to have. He has a great personality and was very knowledgable about the Rubicon that we wanted as will as its whole history. And the Cross team helped us to get the deal that worked for us. The total car purchase experience could not have been better I just purchased a lightly used 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Cross. My 3rd from them. Edwin Pfaff was my sales person and he could not have I just purchased a lightly used 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Cross. My 3rd from them. Edwin Pfaff was my sales person and he could not have done more. Worked with him for about a month to find the right vehicle. I've purchased about 25 vehicles in my life and this is by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. The entire staff could not do enough for me, and not just to close the deal, but to find the vehicle I had in mind. Besides Edwin, I want to put a shout out to Matt, the business/finance manager. That aspect is normally the worst part of the deal, even if it's a cash purchase. Matt was a pleasure to work with. I looked at several dealerships and always come back to Cross Motors. More
