This said I was truly pleased from the moment I contacted Cross. They were knowledgeble and extremely friendly. My salesperson, Keaton, re-scheduled his day and stayed much later than his shift to help during the buying process. He was down to earth and professional and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. After buying my Jeep, a mechanical problem was discovered and they immediately began taking care of it. They even consulted a competing service department to get the job done right! I am very pleased with my buying experience at Cross and will definately reccomend them to anyone in the future. They have an incredible Jeep selection and will make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. I will be doing buisiness with them for many years to come! Thanks again! More

My first jeep was slightly used and I kept it for 6 years. Wanted something new and a bit more upscale. The jeep I wanted wasn't on the lot, but Roy was able to secure it for me. They had me out the door and down the road under an hour! I couldnt have asked for a cheaper, better looking and wonderful truck!! They were so friendly when I called about the truck and went out of their way I couldnt have asked for a cheaper, better looking and wonderful truck!! They even stayed later then closing to allow me to make the drive up! I will be recommnding this dealership to other people, although, there were a few minor details that were out of place. Waste of everyone's time! Contacted Cross about purchasing a Yukon XL Denali and spoke with Keaton. He was friendly but did more talking than listening. I provided factual information supporting my offer. It wasn't accepted by cross and they did not counter. I moved to pursue a vehicle elsewhere. Keaton contacted me asking if I wanted to submit another offer. I did $1,000 higher which was meeting them in the middle between their asking price and my initial offer. Keaton left me a voicemail stating he had good news. I returned his call only to be informed the good news was he is going sell me the vehicle for over their asking price! Per the car fax the vehicle had low miles (good) but was bought at auction, been in a rear end collision, had 5k miles put on it while being for sale for over 6 months (bad). The risk did not outweigh the reward for my dealing with them. It was a major waste of everyone's time! More

I wish the management would have dealt with me a little better on the price, but I am happy with my vehicle. I had to drive up from Alabama to pick up the Jeep, and Bill was waiting on me to help me return the rental car. He took extra time for me and my wife to try out the test track before we left. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a jeep. More

Would go above and beyond to send me pics and videos of cars knowing that I was out of town. Once we decided on a deal, Matt avoided the usual finance room push once I let him know (just once) what my intentions were. Even after the deal was done, Jason took extra time to make sure we were well acquainted with the technology, etc in the new car. If all car buying experiences were this easy, pleasant, and straight forward, more people would look forward to their dealer experience. Thank you Jason. More
