We went to Cross because we knew they were a dealership with great history in the Louisville market and after our own research, knew we wanted a Jeep We went to Cross because we knew they were a dealership with great history in the Louisville market and after our own research, knew we wanted a Jeep Grand Cherokee. We looked online and found one we really liked and went the next day to look in person. Chase came out to greet us and he took the time to explain everything about the vehicle and after thinking we knew everything from our own research, he enlightened us and pointed out many more features we were not aware of.
