After speaking with Austin multiple times during the week. I arranged to arrive at the dealership on a Saturday. However, I ended up being delayed and arriving at the dealership after closing hours. Austin hung around and had all of paperwork ready for me when I arrived, as I had a 5 hour drive back home. The best part of my experience is the fact that I was trading in a truck to purchase the new vehicle, and I had to pull a trailer along with me on the trip. The Tundra that I purchased had a locking pin on the hitch, and the dealership did not have the key. Do to the dealership being closed when I arrived there was no one there to remove the locked pin. After some quick thinking Austin and myself drove the new truck to the local Lowe's and the dealership purchased an angle grinder, cutting wheel, and safety glasses. We pulled the truck over to an outlet on the outside of Lowe's and cut the locking pin right off. Austin then helped me load up the trailer and got me back on the road. This was all outside of his job, but he went the extra mile to make sure that I was happy and satisfied. I was able to return home with the new truck and trailer. These guys went out of their way to make this as simple of a process as possible. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. Thanks again Austin! More

Roy seemed more excited than i was about the features of this vehicle and eager to show me what i was getting. the customer service was very VIP, which i love. when im spending my hard earned money i want to feel like im the only consumer in the room. even Todd (loan/finance guy) was very nice, helpful, and knowledgable. even though we came with our own financing, we did not need to because Todd was familiar with our Credit Union and he eliminated a trip to the bank. the vehicle was fairly priced however i wanted greatly priced. Roy worked hard to get us within a few hundrred dollars of our bottom line. Roy was a stand up guy, and we would definitely use Roy again for our car needs! More

Before the test drive the features of the vehicle we had chosen were explained. After we were convinced that the test driven vehicle was our definite choice then came the question of the bottom line. We were given the dealership pricing and an offering for our trade in. There was no need for the usual back and forth process of negotiation as we have experienced on past deals. The numbers were where they needed to be based on the prior investigation of the value of our trade in and the average selling price of the new vehicle. The closing of the deal with business manager Matt Ward was the least cumbersome of any we had ever experienced.
