My husband and I knew absolutely nothing about this dealership. We simply found a vehicle we were interested in on their website. I can’t express how incredible the process was. Chris immediately responded to our inquiry and set up our appointment the same day. Aaron met us on the lot and spent all the time we needed looking at not only the vehicle we initially liked but others just to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. He was phenomenal!!! We walked out of the showroom a couple hours later with an awesome vehicle!! But before we went home they made sure everything was cleaned up, fueled up and we understood all the bells and whistles. It was the BEST car buying experience we have ever had. They even called us a few days later just to check in and make sure we were completely loving our purchase. We will definitely be back to Cross Jeep!! If you are considering purchasing a vehicle, give Aaron and Chris a call/text!! You will not be disappointed that you did!! More
