Looking for a "New to Me Car" - I knew exactly what I was looking for. Using the Internet to search on a daily basis, I would look to Cars.com to assist me in my search. And the 2010 Chevy Equinox that I ended up purchasing at Cross Chrylser Jeep pulled up in my search criteria a few days before my purchase. Because I was heading to Louisville, KY for the N.A.I.L.E. the coming weekend, I contacted Cross Chrysler Jeep and was put in touch with Bill Z. I was so pleased at the pressure that was not put on me to head over there to test drive. He understood my situation and the time restraints that I would have in looking at the car. Because we would be tied up with Cattle Shows while we were in Louisville, Bill offerend to bring the car I was interested in, over to me, let my Fiance' and I look at it in between Cattle Shows and do what he could to accomodate ME. VERY NICE. Bill met me at 1 pm. We looked the car over and I test drove it around and back to the dealership. I knew what to expect with the car, because I had been test driving the exact model, here in Central IL, where we are from. I was back at the N.A.I.L.E by 2:45 pm that day. I cannot Thank Bill and Matt enough for making the sale of my car-Fun, Friendly and Fast. I had my financing lined up, they cleaned the car and off I drove...in my new car, back to the Cattle Show and finally back to IL! YesI I bought my car in KY! So worth it! It was nice not to have to have to make a special trip back to Louisville the following weekend to get my car (not that I don't like Louiville, but it is a 5 hour drive!).
