Not only would I recommend this dealership, I have already done so. Several friends have seen my Jeep and asked where I purchased it. I told them it was worth the 3 hour drive to Louisville because all of the people at Cross were very polite and helpful but my salesman, Jason Hutchings was great, No pressure, didn`t turn me over to a manager, and never got upset when I asked to drive a different vehicle other than the one we had talked about over the phone. We had been talking on the phone about one particular Jeep for three days and I made the trip to see it in person. At one point I switched to a different Jeep on the lot and asked to drive it also. Jason never batted an eye, just said let`s go. That is the vehicle I brought back home to Columbus, Ohio with me. I won`t lie, I shopped two dealerships in Cincinnati the day before and another one in Columbus. But Cross won me over with their friendly Country style of treating customers like friends. More
One of the goals I have when buying a new car is that the experience is easy and enjoyable. I don't want to feel pressure. I want to be treated with respect. I want to be informed. But most importantly, I want to enjoy the experience. I received all of that while shopping for new car at Cross Chrysler Jeep. Upon my first visit, I was just looking. There was no pressure from sales rep Bill Zhunga. I mentioned "I'll come back for a test drive when I have more time". His reply, "Ok, look forward to seeing you soon." On my second visit, I was very much interested in a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Matt Ward provided not only a test drive but also informed me about the vehicles features in a non-salesy, educational manner. Being unsure if I wanted to make a large investment at the price and offer provided, I wanted to give it some time. You would expect what is typical at this point is a hard pressure sale, a close while I was there and interested. I received none of that. "You have our number if you give it some more thought" was the reply. When it was time to negotiate the price on my third visit, I felt that Cross provided me with a fair price, one in which I would feel comfortable knowing I didn't overpay. I feel that's important. No one wants to love their new car but in the back of their mind think "did I pay too much?" Other services such as working with business manager Todd Isenberg on financing, I was not over-pressured in securing add-on services (e.g. warranty and insurance). I walked away clear about terms and conditions. So as result of shopping with Cross Chrysler Jeep, I received a vehicle I wanted at the price I felt good about and with a positive experience throughout the entire process. I would not hesitate to recommend Cross Chrysler to friends or family. And by the way, I love my new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4x4! If you want one, I'd head to Cross the second you do. I searched the most popular Internet sites for a few months looking for the best deal on a used Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Cross Chrysler Jeep advertised a great deal on the vehicle I was looking for which allowed me to buy a newer model with more options than I was expecting. I am a haggler, but their advertised price was fair and Mark Wilhoite was very accommodating to answer all my questions and arrange an easy deposit to hold, date for pick up and speedy final sales process. I flew to Louisville and Mark picked me up at my hotel and gave me a ride to the dealership. The vehicle was exactly as advertised and described by Mark. Todd Isenberg quickly took care of my finance and title paperwork so I could get on the road with my “new to me” Jeep. The whole process from arriving at the dealer to driving away was about 2 hours and that included my test drive. I recommend Cross Chrysler and Mark for a straight forward no-nonsense sales transaction. More
A friend of mine knew I was in the market for a used car and he had just purchased one from Cross and he said that he received a great deal. I checked their inventory out on-line and didn't seem impressed and he had just purchased one from Cross and he said that he received a great deal. I checked their inventory out on-line and didn't seem impressed but I drove over there with him the next day. I was not looking for any particular car and they let me wander the lot. I saw a car that looked interesting so I went in to see about it. My salesmen's name was Matty Ward. He answered all my questions and I never felt any pressure from him to purchase that car or any other. I thought the car was a little over-priced but he came back with an offer that quite frankly changed my attitude in a heartbeat. He showed me a few different options and got me financed with no problem at a surprisingly low interest rate. I picked up the car the next day with no new surprises at the closing. I have to say that they gave me what I considered a great price, with no pressure from Matty, and no surpises. It was a darn-right pleasent experience overall. When we picked up the car, my daughter saw one that caught her eye. While we were waiting to sign all the paperwork Matty came up with a great price on it and got her into a new car and knocked her payment down 100 dollars. We started that deal on a Thursday afternoon and Matty came in early Saturday so she could get the car and still get to work on time. In the future I will never buy a car without checking with Matty at Cross Chrysler Jeep first. More
