I went to many dealerships around the Louisville area, not sure what type of vehicle I was looking for. I finally checked a couple Jeeps on the Cross lot, and was ready to trade my F150. Matt was extremel not sure what type of vehicle I was looking for. I finally checked a couple Jeeps on the Cross lot, and was ready to trade my F150. Matt was extremely friendly and full of knowledge. He wasn't pushy or full of sales pitches. Matt is also a very patient person. He let me take my time (and believe me - I am a very indecisive person). He answered any and all questions I had and was honest and truthful about the vehicles. As far as my trade..I couldn't ask for a better offer!It was the best offer around. I was very satisfied. I have owned my Jeep for 2 months now and if I have any questions or concerns I can still get the same personal treatment as if I was a new customer on the lot. They have a parts department with a friendly staff that can help get accessories, like "floor matts", lights, rain guards etc...that you might need. When the time comes to buy another vehicle..."Cross Jeep" is where I will be. Thanks Matty for helping me pick the right vehicle and making me feel like I was more than just a number. I bring my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service multiple times per year for oil/filter changes, tune-ups and general maintenance. Greg Clark has been my service advisor for the past five years. He's been great to work with - honest, straight-forward and dependable. I trust him to tell me how it is and get the job done. Last year we had an accident and brought it to their repair shop. The repair shop manager is well-informed, he worked will my insurance company to have all costs covered and did a great job. Wouldn't think of taking my Jeep to anyone else. More
All of the staff members were very helpful with anything I needed. Everyone was friendly and acted like they truly cared about me and my car. Todd was very helpful in getting me the best interest rate even if it did take making a few extra phone calls. We were greated as soon as we waled in the showroom, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Josh worked with us on the price of the vehicile and helped us on the features of the car. Went in just to look at a Jeep Wrangler that I was interested in and things couldn't of gone any better, I walked out with a Jeep Wrangler! Right off the bat, Jared was very exthusiastic, and very he interested in and things couldn't of gone any better, I walked out with a Jeep Wrangler! Right off the bat, Jared was very exthusiastic, and very helpful. The one thing that really stood out was if Jared didn't know an answer to a question he found someone who did, and didn't waste anytime doing it. He pulled the Jeep out that I was interested in and showed the car from bumper to bumper. Within 10 minutes of looking at the Jeep, He offered the test drive and I was very impressed with the Wrangler. So after returning to the car dealership, He was quite to offer us ( me and my mother) a cold bottle of water and was right on that! He introduced us to his machanics and who I would be helping me get the FREE oil changes for the Jeep. After that we started the dealing and wheelin, And they really mean business, I couldn't of asked for a better way of buying and trading in my 350Z! The entire staff at Cross was very polite and very helpful. The dealership was very clean and in order. Again Just can't stress how great the customer service was. As little as it is, when telling them that we were traveling back to Cincinnati they give me straps to keep the bars from rattling while the top was down on the Wrangler. Little things like that go miles to customers. After leaving and being almost halfway back to Cincinnati, I looked up and realized I forgot my garage door opener, called them and they said to not worry and they will mail it to us. I will be referring people looking for great business and good service to Cross! Thanks for making car buying a enjoyable thing! ~Andrew More

I am very happy with the service that I received at Cross Chrysler Jeep. Keith was very friendly, and he was very helpful while I was choosing the type of car I wanted. I was searching for a town and country limited van which was not in stock but they did have one on order which would arrive in 4-6 weeks. Keith was able to locate one for me which allowed me to get a extra was not in stock but they did have one on order which would arrive in 4-6 weeks. Keith was able to locate one for me which allowed me to get a extra rebate for this month and a customer loyality bonus for this month which saved me $2,000 and I had already agreed on a price for the van coming in a few weeks so even though a deal was made Keith made a good deal a great deal. thanks Norman and Susie Dearner More
