Cross Chrysler Jeep Fiat

Communication was poor. I had a 830 appointment on a Tuesday. I was told by Rick there were 12 cars ahead of me and they would look at car that day or next day. I had to call Rick on Thursday to be t Tuesday. I was told by Rick there were 12 cars ahead of me and they would look at car that day or next day. I had to call Rick on Thursday to be told I was next in line and he would call me back. Rick called on Friday to ask about warranty which we already discussed in initial drop off. Rick told me I would get a call right back. Rick never called. I texted Rick to check status. Rick did not respond. I called a few hours later to customer service to be told Rick was my service rep he was on lunch and would call me back. Rick never called. My husband called customer service who put Rick on line who said car needed a part which would not be in until Monday. Part came in early Monday. We had to call Monday afternoon to check on status to be told battery was being charged but mechanic walked off and did not finish. Rick told us he would call us in the morning. Rick did not call on Tuesday morning. My husband called at noon and the car was ready. This experience would of been 100 percent better if we had better communication. More

The car this dealership had was definitely way superior on the exterior as well as the interior when compared to the other dealerships I visited (The 1 hour drive was definitely worth it). They offered me atleast $500 higher for my tradein which compared to what Vroom and Carvana offered.
