Giving Cross Jeep a 5* review even though we could not reach a deal. Shawn Looes was my salesman. I talk to him in the parking lot when I first got there. I inquired about a vehicle they had there we went inside and he checked on it. They had just taken it to the auction to be auctioned off, but said his manager could go get it and bring it back. I had to go to the doctors appointment and told him I would be back around 5 or 5:30 PM. When I returned, he had the vehicle out front keys ready and met me at the door. I came back and tried to reach a deal, but unfortunately that did not work out. However, Shawn was very respectful, courteous, and very likable guy. If I were to come back to cross Jeep and buy another vehicle, I would definitely Use him or recommend him to someone else. More

Cross Service department does an amazing job of making sure all my problems and concerns with both of my vehicles are taken care of.
